À l’occasion de cette commande de la sélection NEST du festival de Saint-Sébastien, je me suis questionné sur ma relation au médium film et aux chemins qui m’ont amené à m’approprier ce moyen d’expression.

Ce court film exprime le sentiment de bonheur et de soulagement à la découverte du travail des femmes réalisatrices francophone, dont le travail est généralement amoindri, occulté dans l'histoire et l'enseignement du cinéma.

On the occasion of my participation in the NEST program of the San Sebastian festival, I wondered about my relationship with the film medium and the paths that led me to appropriate this means of expression.

This short film expresses the feeling of happiness and relief at the discovery of the work of French-speaking women directors, whose work is generally diminished, obscured in the history and teaching of cinema.
