Marie Sizorn (FR, 1995) is an Amsterdam based filmmaker and visual artist.
She makes films and video-based installations that trigger the collective perception of objects and spaces. By pointing at the ordinary and the detail, Sizorn deals with societal issues with a poetic and meditative approach. In her latest film, she invites the viewer to immerge into the night and its workers, using her writings and voice as a guide. Sizorn graduated in 2019 with a bachelor degree in Moving Image from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie (Amsterdam, NL).
